Jacob was awesome. He arrived at the exact time he said he would and was very professional. In no time at all he had my car key made for me (my original broke). If you need any locksmith needs I would highly recommend these guys.

just called about my bmw 328i, whose key i "put in a safe place" when i travelled recently and can't find.  global bmw wanted 500 and change and decatur BMW wanted 750$, and i had to show up in person for the Decatur dealership to even order it, despite electronic files and ID that sufficed for the global dealership.  i called Quikpro LLC this am and  they have me scheduled for tommorrow morning, AT MY HOUSE and the reprogramming and travel is included! The fellow on the phone actually seemed interested in my business, despite my dumb story.  i'm hopeful , but just the phone call effeciency and welcome was a HUGE relief!  they certainly got THAT part right on the first time!  per AI and search it ought to hover around 300, but for this excellent customer service, no balking here! What a life saver!  We lost out only fob for our 2008 BMWi.  The dealer wanted $750.  The car is probably not even worth that.  Rich was great on the phone and came out the next day.  He was here about an hour and we have a new fob and cut key.  Highly recomment.

I called to check on pricing for Toyota Corolla key copying.  The gentleman that answered gave me an initial estimate and said that when the technician called, he would be able to provide pricing.  Rich called less than 10 minutes later, quoted me a price and when I agreed and shared that I was available in the next couple hours or later in the day, he said he could come earlier.  He arrived only 45 minutes later, was very professional and worked quickly.  The copies have a 90 warranty too.  I definitely recommend.

This company supplied a GREAT experience. The tech-named Rich that came to my home to create a new key fob which I lost ,and helped me unlock my vehicle was very knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend using them should you need a locksmith.

This service call with Doug is the embodiment of exemplary customer service! First - since I called late afternoon, I was expecting to have to schedule a next day appointment (if lucky), but I got a call back within a few minutes, and Doug was on the way to my home. He quickly surveyed my requests, which were 1. enlarging the hole on my door to accommodate a new lock that my husband was going to install, 2. re-key a side door to match all the other locks on our house, and 3. re-key and make new keys for my 2 garage doors. The quote was extremely reasonable, so we had Doug begin work.  He ran into a bit of an issue with my garage doors, and had to make a trip to his shop, but got back and continued working.  While Doug was working, I thought of a few other door hardware/frame issues I was having (that had been annoying me for years), and Doug fixed those for me as well, for only a tiny additional amount. On top of that, not only did Doug enlarge the hole on the door to accommodate the new lock that my husband was going to install.....he went ahead and installed the new lock!  To put the cherry on top of an exceptionally well-done job, Doug was so personable and friendly - I felt like we'd known each other for years!  If every customer/supplier interaction could be like this, the world would be a much happier place.....

Just had a new key made with Doug. He arrived at my apartment within 20 min of my initial call. He was really nice and professional. Even though it was extremely cold outside he was still patient and took his time with cutting a key to get into my car. The price was definitely worth it! I would refer them to any of my friends.

QuickPro was fabulous. They sent me Doug, who made it to my location in less than 15 minutes. Doug was very professional and very kind, and he was VERY patient with my somewhat finicky old car despite the cold, pouring rain. I cannot recommend this company highly enough--they were also very affordable, given the speed with which they arrived and the effortlessness it took to open the car (literally 2 minutes).

Doug was an absolute lifesaver!!! I had dropped both my car keys and apartment key down the trash chute, and he made sure I had not only 1 but 2 apartment keys, and 2 car keys. The amazing technician Ro came out and serviced the stuck ignition on my car. Not only did he fix the problem, but he went above and beyond in order to keep the problem from happening again in the future. Fantastic work.

Doug is the BEST.  Always quick to arrive and he’s helped me several times.  He fixed and attached the Ring, he’s replaced my front door lock, fixed the digital lock that the old neighbors left when I moved in, then he changed it when I didn’t want it anymore.  Kind and professional and a good price point.  He’s there very quickly from the time I need him and has been superb in repairing what was needed and all around great in every way.

Have a fancy car that doesn't use keys? Have only one? These are the people to call to get a new electronic key from. Rotem made me a new key for a mini cooper s. The company has the knowledge and skills to get you a new key for less than the dealership, and all the convenience of them coming to you. I highly recommend this company!
